Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email)

The return address will be provided after we receive your request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@walala.us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
